For a 350g bag, you will need:

  • 350g bag Pancake Mix
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp oil

Makes 10-12 Pancakes

For the bulk bags (2kg & 4kg), you will need:

  • 1 cup Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil

Make 5-6 Pancakes
