Shipping Methods
All of our shipping is calculated at checkout via real-time shipping rates, which are based on the weight and destination of the product(s). Delivery times typically range from 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. Additionally, we offer a pickup option from our farm store located at 1506 Hwy 12, Bentley AB, Canada- free of charge
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Goods Policy
At West Country Mills, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and satisfactory as possible. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances such as lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transit can occur. Rest assured, we have established protocols to address such situations promptly and efficiently.
- Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at westcountrymills@gmail.com. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer you the option of a replacement shipment or a full refund of your purchase.
- Stolen Shipments: Should your package be confirmed as stolen after delivery, we kindly ask you to reach out to us promptly. We may request additional information or documentation to support your claim. Depending on the circumstances and available options, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund.
- Damaged Shipments: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged during transit, please notify us within 21 days of receipt. To expedite the process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and products, along with any relevant details. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. This may involve sending a replacement for the damaged items or issuing a refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
Order Status
Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number for you to monitor your order status. Kindly allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible. If you do not receive a tracking number within this time frame, kindly reach out to us through email at westcountrymills@gmail.com and we will assist you.
