Our All Purpose Flour is made from our home grown Hard Red Spring wheat and sifted just right to make it perfect for all your baking needs.

It's easy to use in your favorite recipes—just swap it in and adjust the liquid as needed. For best results, we recommend starting with less flour (3/4:1 ratio) and adding more as your recipe needs.

I had been wanting to switch my flour to something non-fortified for years but no one in my immediate area offered it. On my way to Red Deer, which is not a trip I do often, I happened to stop at a lovely health store in Lacombe and noticed the flour. I bought the biggest container I could and am so glad I did. It is fantastic to work with, delicious, and doesn’t make me bloat like conventional flour thanks to it only being one healthy ingredient, and fresh! I’m using the AP variety and highly recommend it!
So thankful to find a flour without all the added junk to it! It is the perfect 1:1 replacement for the organic all purpose I was using before. This flour smells amazing, and tastes even better. Can't beat fresh ground!
