I had been wanting to switch my flour to something non-fortified for years but no one in my immediate area offered it. On my way to Red Deer, which is not a trip I do often, I happened to stop at a lovely health store in Lacombe and noticed the flour. I bought the biggest container I could and am so glad I did. It is fantastic to work with, delicious, and doesn’t make me bloat like conventional flour thanks to it only being one healthy ingredient, and fresh! I’m using the AP variety and highly recommend it!
So thankful to find a flour without all the added junk to it! It is the perfect 1:1 replacement for the organic all purpose I was using before. This flour smells amazing, and tastes even better. Can't beat fresh ground!

Really happy I found a source for quality no chemical flour. I’ve been looking for so long and the fact I can also buy it in bulk sizes is great too. I make sourdough and go through a lot!
