Our All Purpose Flour is made from our home grown Hard Red Spring wheat and sifted just right to make it perfect for all your baking needs.

Whether you're making cakes, cookies, muffins, or breads, our flour has a great taste and texture and will be an essential in your kitchen.

It's easy to use in your favorite recipes—just swap it in and adjust the liquid as needed. For best results, we recommend starting with less flour (3/4:1 ratio) and adding more as your recipe needs.

Our flour is 100% natural, with no preservatives or weird stuff added, so you can feel good about what you're eating.

Hard Red Spring Wheat
Store in sealed bag or container in a cool, dry place out of sunlight. For optimal freshness, store in the fridge or freezer.

LOVE the all purpose flour

I am so glad I gave this flour a chance. I'm a fairly novice baker and wasn't sure at first how I would manage with stone ground flour. It was easy! I made bread, bagels, pizza, and used the flour in any recipe that called for flour. It looks and tastes different from your typical all-purpose flour from a grocery chain, but I love the taste and equally love that it's so much better for us. My child never has tummy issues when I bake with this flour. I'll never go back, can't go back, West Country Mills is now a family staple. Thank you so much!!

Quality Product

I recently tried this all-purpose flour from West Country Mills, and I'm incredibly impressed. Knowing it's stone-ground from wheat grown right on their property, and spray-free, makes a huge difference to me. The flour has a lovely, slightly nutty flavor, and is a natural off white color. It baked beautifully into a loaf of sourdough bread with a wonderful texture and awesome flavour. I highly recommend this flour to anyone who cares about supporting local, sustainable agriculture and wants a top-quality product.
