I am gluten intolerant but the West Country Mills All Purpose Flour is fine for me to eat. I use the all purpose flour for everything. It is so much better than any gluten free flour I have tried and it totally agrees with me because there are no pesticides or fillers. I make my own sour dough with it. I highly recommend it for the health of your family.
