Best flour I’ve ever baked with
Made my first batch of bread & buns & I am thrilled how well it turned out. My recipe calls for 5-6 cups so I started with 3 cups of this flour and continued as per usual adding the rest of my store bought flour. Turned out better than I thought & hoped for. Will continue to use in this manner, till I use up my store bought supply. Thank you for providing this product.
Really happy with the quality of this flour. First time using fresh milled and so far my family has loved the products I have made(pancakes and a sourdough loaf). The flour is filling and tastes slightly nutty to us. I wanted to try fresh milled to test if I could enjoy it as I live a gluten free life and so far so good.!
