I recently tried this all-purpose flour from West Country Mills, and I'm incredibly impressed. Knowing it's stone-ground from wheat grown right on their property, and spray-free, makes a huge difference to me. The flour has a lovely, slightly nutty flavor, and is a natural off white color. It baked beautifully into a loaf of sourdough bread with a wonderful texture and awesome flavour.
