Best flour I’ve ever baked with! Truly amazing!
This is high quality flour. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wouldn't really call it "all-purpose", the texture of it is too coarse. It's more like a whole wheat flour. It gives baked items like cakes, biscuits, cookies and pancakes too dense of a texture-not fluffy. However, the flavour is wonderful and it makes good bread.
Delicious flour! I’ve been looking for a healthier flour for a long time. This is absolutely amazing. The flavour can’t be beat. I use it to make everything from bread to all desserts. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a healthier option to store bought flour.
